Yes adidas owns the existing products on the market and can keep selling them as long as they’ve paid him the royalties for those batches.

But he still keeps the Yeezy brand and his designs and can create new products with similar patterns. Kanye was the designer and adidas was the distributor in this deal honey. You don’t know a thing about business obviously.

He still owns Yeezy and it’s trademark. He can still design new sneakers with the Yeezy style and pattern. He just can’t profit from the resale of existing models or try to replicate them. The fact that you thought Kanye was bringing nothing to this deal but his name is incredible. It was a joint venture not a franchise or name license agreement.
