1: The upcoming training is for Supervisors and Enumerators only. All Applicants with pending issues are to report to the training venue when the date is announced as a separate list will be provided for the pending applicants for their approval.

2: NPC only want to work with applicants that will be physically present at the training.

3: I.C.T stopped approving because they are waiting for the training to commence so they know the number of people that will show up for training.

4: Applicants with pending statuses that showed up for training will be approved during the training. Also gate crashers with valid NPC IDs will be approved at the training centres also

5: You can attend the training at any location closest to you. Await further information form NPC concerning training.

Simply put,Applicants who didn't apply for a particular job but they heard about it,Armed with their educational certificates they show up on the recruitment day and venue.
