Lecturers use their salaries to fund research, no research fund or grants, even when they are qualified.
Majority of them are frustrated by the system.

The problem now is that he's not going about it in the right way, that's why he's the one complaining now. He's just sacking people left and right, no regard for laws. Just doing behaving like power drunk dictator and messing everything up.
Celebrities are closing down their twitter accounts in drove due to many reasons: some of are complaining about hate speeches going out of hand while some are complaining about the monthly charges like twitter is not making money from adverts.
