They can give confidentiality to the parties involved in adoption process, and have proper documented agreement handle by ministry of women affiars, or welfare department

Right now abortion is illegal, Baby factory is also illegal, surrogacy is very expensive same as IVF.. the least the government can do is to make adoption process easier and less shamefull

The peculiarities are not just legislation.

In Lagos for example, adoption is difficult becsuse there are more parents than babies and people don't usually want kids over a certain age.

In Lagos, there are unscheduled visitations (which they are serious about) to make sure these kids are treated right and not abused, violated or treated in ways different from your other kids. (This is one of the Nigerian factors. A couple has issues with childbirth, adopt then Obatala blessed them with a child and they turn the adopted one to househelp)

In Lagos, you can't travel abroad with an adopted child. (This is to prevent child trafficking and other such nonsense)

Now Ogun state has more relaxed laws on travelling with the chil
d but it is still strigent

But why would they go through all of this for the women with issues?

Because they promise the women children and the women pay as much as 2million without knowing they are actually buying a child.

The baby factory pays the biological mother 500,000 and uses 1.5 as running cost. (I am not defending these people. Just giving you an idea of how it works)

Oh my days!!!! I thought they're deliberately incubated for already anticipating mothers? Like some sort of surrogate arrangement. I never knew that they employ other dubious means to give them out. What a wicked wicked WICKED world!!

I used to feel that babies could be commoditized but I have long changed my opinion on the issue.

Life is at stake here. Greed is a nasty thing. Those involved in baby factories do it solely for the money. They do not care about the welfare of the pregnant teen or young adult. At times, they are even raped to become pregmant. The 'pups' produced in these baby factories are now sold.

Like in any business, they profit by keeping overheads down, hence the poor treatment of the intending mothers.

Again, who are the babies sold to? Some may ensure they are sold to responsible adoptive parents. Some unscrupulous ones do not give a damn and you wonder what happens to such babies after they are sold.

The safety of the vulnerable child is paramount to the state, hence, a lot of measures to ensure their safety, when theh either adopted or fostered. You have very horrible people out there who do sickening things to children in their care from of toddlers to disfigurement.

God in his wisdom knows why he gave us the 2 parent family. Abandoning the sacredness of that tradition is why babies are born in such a pathetic setting today.
