My advice to everyone is to take life jeje.

When you are going through heightened emotional pains, speak to someone. Don't stay holed up inside a room. It would worsen.

I have faced depression once when I carried a course back in 300 level. I was on a first class CGPA, so I was devastated.

I lost interest in everything. I stayed indoors for two straight days. I will remain grateful for friends who drove me out to a joint, and cheered me up.

I still ended up with a first class. I retook the course, and had an A. Supposing I had killed myself (I had considered doing so), would it end that happily.

Once there is life, there is hope. Killing yourself solves nothing. A woman left you, so what? There are thousands of women in one Nigerian state alone, not to mention in all the 36 states, not to mention outside Nigeria.

In fact, once a woman dumps you, just go outside somewhere. You will see hundreds of women walking to and fro.
