Those other sentences are secondary. The primary and most relevant aspect of his speech is that he believes that Statistics is white man nonsense.
This clearly is the way Tinubu thinks, and buttresses the point that Tinubu is not a university graduate. He also at a time said he would feed millions of people with just AGBADO and corn.
