Ogun state is good for agriculture.

Get a hectare of land and run pepper farming (Hibernero) and make sure u buy the F1 variety.

If you have strength u won't need much labour and that will reduce costs.

A bag of pepper is around 11k to 15k at its peak and 10 to 8k at its lowest.

I'm starting my farm in early March 2023 with my friend who is a versatile farmer.

U will never regret this advice.

1. Buying raw cassava directly from farmers, soak it, sieve it, press it and make the fufu by pounding or stirring. Then sell at any hot spot that people always pass from rpm to 10pm every night is hot selling period or you target cafeterias but you will make less profit margin but sell more volume.

2. You just buy already soaked, saved and pressed cassava from the processors, that means you don't need to buy directly from the farmers and no WAHALA of peeling and soaking. This is with lesser margin.
