Well he has no backed evidence. They might be agreements on words, well the case is against the man as he has no evidence. But despite this its still his right to sue her to court if he feels a agriefed. Imagine every Nigerian has this mentality with right court judgment! This country would have been better

legally and morally he has no right over the house. Imagine you going to the market to buy an item, the igbo man tells you to pay a certain amount which you didn't have at that moment, you then tell him you want to go and look for money. so what's the guarantee that he won't sell that item if another buyer with cash at hand comes along?.

He has the legal and moral right..
Read his claim, the woman has promised to sell the house at 135m which he initially do not have, he sold property to raise that money only for her to sell to another person.
If he has made an initial deposit or there has been written agreement or text, this is his case to win..

In business you can't just make an agreement and renegade on it..
Nigeria is currently on a $20b lawsuit by an European firm because they failed to hold on to agreements.

No its his right. Na because Nigeria has no regards to the law that's why you typed this.
If they have entered a contract or he have any evidence he should have easily won this despite it being the woman property.
Please explain why he has right to sue someone over her property.

So long as there is no written agreement he has no case. It's not the woman's fault that he does not have the money. Remember she approached him first regarding the sale of the house meaning he was given time to get the complete money. he will not win the case in any court so long as there is not agreement on ground between them.
