It is great news to hear about the capture of at least some of the kidnapper crews whose modus operandi has been to stand beside the highway with AK47 rifles and simply open fire at passing vehicles to stop any whose driver or tires are hit, as a prelude to abducting for ransom all vehicle occupants capable of walking.

On the other hand, one cannot but wonder whether there might be MULTIPLE kidnapping gangs on that lonely stretch of highway, such that the apprehension of one gang might NOT mark the end of violent kidnappings along that deadly road especially during the high-crime Xmas and New Year holiday season.
