Arresting the Policeman and even sentencing him to death alone is not justice. Justice involves having the Nigeria Police pay compensation of at least N 100 million to each victim. This is because they are the one who gave the gun to a madman and they must be punished so that they carefully scrutinize anyone they give guns to in the future!

We really need to advocate for good governance. Governance in Nigeria is a complete joke. No healthcare, no schools, no water, no roads, no power…

It's high time the government start phasing out high velocity assault rifle! How will a police be using AK and same army fighting Bokoharam is also using the same gun. Common give them pistol and other lower velocity weapons, AK is not for everyone, as even an accidental shot to even the leg can result to death.

Exactly. I don't understand why Nigerian police carry AK47 at checkpoints... Are we at war? They need to give them pistol, and maybe have the rifle in their van or something.
