13% derivation owed by FG since 1999 FG paid all and Wike said it openly.
There are so many benefits NIger Delta states get that it's almost negligible mentioning what other states up north get.
Don't forget most of these projects are mostly loans and looted funds.
Niger bridge is also a huge project that you never mentioned.
