The mistake you make and fail to realize is that the Fed Govt can't just invade SE States and start doing what they want. Most of your people hate Buhari and don't want him to succeed...did they claim that they pushed for this and that and were denied? Is he supposed to beg you to install infrastructures. I will say it again that given what went on in the World and not even 100,000 Nigerians died of Covid-19...that alone is enough to rank Buhari high.
