No sir. A murderer and a rapist don't get the same sentence and in some cases don't even even go to the same type of prison. If humans can work out a system in which crimes get differing degrees of consequence based on the severity of the crime then it's a wonder why you are struggling to explain your god's logic. You stated clearly that an action should have an equal reaction but in effect you think your god is going to burn a house to kill an ant in a manner of speaking.

Stop denying what's already in existence. It's a know fact that all criminals go to jail(hell) irrespective. That's why when you go to a prison, you'll see all sorts on inmates that are in for several offenses .

But the point is that they are restrained and their usual natural freedom is taken away which is what prison and jail represents.

No. A person who is under suspended sentence is free to go, come and do as they please except commit another crime, that same as anybody who is not a criminal. And it is not like if incarceration is for only criminals, sometimes people are kept in hold for their own good such as people who are prime witnesses to a crime or even mentally deranged people.

We're talking about morals from a god.
The other guy said the belief in a god is what's keeping atheists safe from being killed, and is what makes a society morally upright. So maybe you should understand the conversation first before airing your thoughts on it.
