Oba Akran is definitely an Oba

This is the entrance to his Palace with his Oba title

Not that alone but he also attends the Oba's meetings at Ile Ife

Oba of Badagry is not a minor king, he is a very Strategic king of huge Historical importance

He was one of Yorubalands major Bulwarks and Spearheads against the king of Dahomey
there is nothing like Oba Akran, "Aholu" is what they know and recognise as king. I will suggest you do more reading on this aspect of yoruba history

Oba Akran is a very well known Oba

He wouldn't have an Ife Beaded Crown if he was not an Oduduwa dynasty Oba

The fact history is not well thought or not thought at all in Nigeria is responsible for all this rubbish, people just wake up one day and believe they know what happened six hundred years ago, magically.
There is absolutely zero historical link between Ife and Lagos
