Where do you think the money will come from for all these things if not from heightened economic activity and productivity, ie GDP growth?

How do you get that if you have poor transport and road networks?

You MUST build your infrastructure, which is the enabling environment required for business and social enterprises to flourish and blossom.

I love your submission. Delta state received the highest allocation with nothing to show for it yet, he just borrowed 150billion naira for election. With huge allocation Bayelsa has and just 8 local government, nothing to show. The best performing governors in Nigeria today are Wike, El Rufai, Sanwoolu, Zulum, Ben Ayade etc.
