You need to give us more information. For example: (1) Is she married, divorced, or single (at 50s)? If she is married, why "chase" her? If she is divorced, why did she divorce? If she is single, why is she still single at 50s? (2) What is your real intention for wanting her? Crush? Marriage? sugarboy/mommy relationship? etc (3) Do you know her enough (the type of a person she is? What she likes? etc). (4) Are you prepared to lose this job? (because win or lose, it can affect your job status in this company). (5) Are you prepared not to have a baby by her (assuming you want to marry her)? My general advice to everyone is to avoid having evil intentions towards anyone. Always. You know your real intention towards her. If she were your family relation: sister, mother (heck she is old enough to be your mother, but age is still a number in love), would you want someone like you to date her for any reason? If the answer to the last question is affirmative, then go for it. She is still a human being, and you may be the blessing she has been waiting for.
