He can chose to imbibe the culture of the natives or reject it. He can aspire to the highest political office in the land so long as he contributes to the states.
He has no right to be threatend or told to leave unless he constitute nuisance or disturb public peace by his action or speech.
The above applies to Hausa in Lagos and not ibos.
