INEC is not really the owner of the website. Did you notice that the INEC website is registered and hosted in the UK?
This is weird for a website used to upload and store very sensitive informations such as Election Results
Imagine a foreign power (UK) having access to, files or web servers containing sensitive or personal data for Election Results in Nigeria
