The request from Peter Obi’s camp was a senseless one knowing fully well the governorship and house of assembly elections cannot hold without reconfiguring BVAS. Stop being smart by half ....rather it was INEC that saw ahead and tried to avert a future challenge by the headless obidients that they reconfigured the bvas to clean up the data on it so as to wipe any evidence to prove rigging.

That was the reason INEC asked that the initial leave granted PDLP should be varied so the bvas can be prepared for the next set of elections which is just days away which is the proper thing to do but obidients ran berserk making false accusations that INEC wanted to wipe evidence.

There’s going to physical inspection of the physical copies of the BVAS which has to match with whatever that’s obtained from the server. Read the judgment again

I think judicial process is part of our electoral system. He should be allow to exhaust the entire process, that have always been the practice, eg Buhari, Atiku in previous elections. Why the sudden noise now as if we just come age .

The point is that the law stated that it must be uploaded directly from the polling unit and not days, days after election. So, what next would you say?

How do I know that it wont be tampered? Like I said, the least the court could do was to grant the IT team of the applicants to monitor the transfer of data, period.

. Let assume that INEC did not save the data,what will happen? Will that affect the results of presidential election? The worst is that INEaC will be scolded .
