I am only interested in Lagos politics and it's my right accorded to me by the constitution, to discuss politics and to vote anywhere I resident in Nigeria as a true Nigerian. So whenever you are ready to discuss Lagos and it's true indigenes then we can talk but for now look for another person to be doing this useless tribal wars.

To answer the bolded, yes. They are doing so actually and we don't have problem with that as long as he resident there. Infact, even if he doesn't resident there he can talk about elections anywhere in Nigeria and the world at large.
