My younger brother who is 38 years wants to go to NDA.
He had HND and for years he has been unemployed.
He does small work like carrying blocks on site.
Now he wants to Go to NDA so he can become a militaryman..
Is it still still possible considering his age.

I see small children if 16,17 18 building big massion,driving GLk and luxury cars while your brother is carrying blocks for survival.

Tinubu promised to recruit all of us into the army but since your brother voluntarily wants to recruit himself, please tell him God bless him for me. Maybe na my slot he go take make I no go kill myself for Maiduguri.

But, I don't think he can get in to NDA at that age, I tried getting into the NDA twice when I was 17 and 18 but it didn't work out, you know how godfatherism works in Nigeria so keep that in mind.
I think he may have a chance if he applies for short service

Is not possible at that age. Even your brother can not be recruited in any military and para military organisation at 38.

Imagine a cadet of say 20-22 years giving a 70 yrs old man punishment

This right here is not and should never be a standard for comparison. Comparison in it own sense shouldn't be encouraged. When you make reference like this it encourages crime and makes good hardworking people come off as lazy. We all know what most kids in this age group with such possessions are into. Are you saying the person with an honest source of income is lazy or unfortunate?

Kindly desist from this attitude please. This is more or less encouraging crimes.
