In no other democracy in the world would an independent National Election Committee refuse a political party to witness what belongs to the public.

MAMMOOD has made INEC another political party in Nigeria.

At this point, it's not even about anyone winning or losing!

It's about the corrupt and unacceptable manner INEC has conducted this election! It's even a national embarrassment that INEC is offended by calls for transparency.

It's such faulty foundation that has kept the nation from reaching her full potentials.
Yes. A public trust like INEC has been filling suites because of call for transparency. Most of the names you hear are from a particular region of the country meaning they are not working for Nigerians as a public trust but for President elect and APC. It's a shame.
ENDSARS structure hasn't been dismantled the youths are watching thier show of shame.

How will a political party made a request to witness a configuration of a machine that will be used for an election they will participate in

The court has granted them access to inspect the BVAS, download whatever and move on..

Why will they request to witness configuration of BVAS

I think it's a security risk...I stand with INEC on this.

Didn't you read where he said all parties should bring their experts to witness the reconfiguration?

It's simple: INEC is manned by a group of people led by a Mahmood who is bent on retaining Buhari's cabal in office with old and non sentient Tinubu as a decoy.
If not, INEC would not have any problems having any political party to examine its machines used in conduct of election - machines that are owned by Nigeria's public, not owned by INEC officials.

The reason why Nigeria is the way it is now, is that there are more people like you within the population, and a miniscule amount of sane people.

Look at the fruits of your labor, look at your Nigeria today! Oh yeah, I'm sure you're proud of it, right? Why wouldn't you be?

-Black Man proud, I proud of no electricity, I proud, I pooo in open gutter, I pride... uh, uh, uh- Dullard.

What are they reconfiguring in a device that has enough storage capacity to conduct over a 100 elections?

You guys must think all Nigerians are brainless, as yourselves, but again, you brainless Mfvkers are in the MAJORITY, sad, sad, sad.

That's like you having to reconfigure your LAPTOP EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO COMPLETE A TASK.

See how your fellow dullards are already liking your deadass post, sigh, or maybe it's you with your multiple deluded personalities liking your own posts. Maybe that's your escape from a shhh hole Nigeria that you have created.

Nigeria, the Toilet of all nations, shhhh hole country indeed, the butt of all jokes. A nation filled with miscreants with FLUSHED brains.

AcA POO POO people, mtcheew.

You won't stand with them, if you truly followed Osun tribunal Election....
Apc had a win from tribunal why? Because the inconpleted uploaded result to the IREV shows over voting... PDP asked for permission to inspect the original BVAS used . When the permission was given, it was discovered there was no over voting. Now this same BVAS is to be reconfigured, thereby uploading all results to IREV . This will automatically rely all judgment on the IREV from henceforth. How are thr political parties who hire SANs worth million of Naira sure ,the total result will be uploaded ?
And that is why Adeleke is super convenient the Supreme Court will rule in his favor.
Democracy shouldn't have a limit, provided it is free and fair within the law...Apc is just like another political party and they don't own or pay inec staffs,we Nigerians do. Just like what Obi said " The process needs to be excellent before you can bear His Excellency.

Muchechecheche !

Then THEY SHOULD TELL THE WORLD WHAT RECONFIGURATION means.

Only in a place like Nigeria will you “reconfigure” election equipment in the middle of elections.

Kenya DID NOT
India DOES NOT
U.S. DOES NOT

WTF?

Anyway. . . . . .DEAR NIGERIANS IN POLLING UNITS! You have the final say! Hold your FINAL RESULTS AND TAKE PICTURES!❤️

That is what will save the day!

Even if we take pictures of final results and hold them, it's still left to the daft and primitive man of INEC to pronounce anyone he likes as winner, and ask others to go to court to disprove his atrocities.

Why should there not be an independent witness? Configuration is another way to delete information.Inec may not even back the data up in their server.LP has a valid point to witness the configuration.

The main question here is,what are they really hiding?
We once gave them 100% trust and they failed us woefully,so they should not blame Nigerians if we don't trust them a bit. They just had one job (free and fair election),or better still make it transparent but NO,they didn't

INEC didn't fail. They delivered an incredible election. The best since 1993.

It is ignorance of the electoral act and some confusing statements from INEC that gave people a wrong understanding of what electronic transmission meant. The newspapers have either been equally lazy or want to keep attracting people with click and bait. Below is my bvas and irev precis.

The IReV and BVAS are two separate entities, and they are independent of each other.
BVAS is solely for accreditation and to prevent over voting and ballot stuffing. It succeeded. IreV is a data platform that confirms polling unit data. It is not evidence of automatic transmission. The votes are counted manually from ballot papers and entered manually on form EC8A. The relationship between the two was that the BVAS is used to transmit the picture of Form EC8A, which was the Polling Unit Result Sheet in PDF format, ( all political party agents have a signed copy of this form) as well as the Voters’ Accreditation Data to the IREV. It is the transfer of this Form EC8A that is being called electronic transmission which it is but not in the way most people understand it.

Anyone that knows data format knows that PDF format is not a suitable format for aggregating data unless there is a secondary data scraping process. If you want to directly aggregate data you would use formats like comma seperated values. No data scraping process was promised or delivered by INEC. Without data aggregation you still need a manual collation centre.

The glitches suffered by the IReV for some hours on 25th February could not have affected the functionality of the BVAS, which in any case, performed its duty excellently on election day.

Most of the commentary on the election are therefore self serving confusion engendered by ignorance or malice.

when people died in the brt train accident... death didn't pick them based on tribe.. or at that point in time they weren't thinking if they were IGBO, HAUSA or YORUBA.. they just wanted to survive.. Sadly, bad governance happened to them.. cos I wonder why they won't train those drivers properly to know how and when to obey road signals while driving.

So keep being a tribal bigot.. as if suffer no dey tire you. Only Nigerians embrace suffering.. and this suffering go still touch everybody... e no know tribe.. some of you are poor enough that you can't afford to even leave the country.. so continue displaying your stupidity online..
