Good thing, maybe they’ll learn to understand that lagos belongs to the heritage if someone people and learn to respect that, and stop being ingrateful to the land that have accommodated them by calling it a no man’s land. Fcking opportunists.

Part of Chinedu's 100 days in office,

He said Babaloja and Iyaloja would no longer be appointment of local Kings, but market people selecting themselves

Now this is an insult to any Yoruba Monarch

So Oba of Lagos would no longer coronate his own Iyaloja and Babaloja chiefs under markets in his own territory

.

You don't blame the guy. He's not Yoruba, so he doesn't know the culture.

It was a choice between two Yorubas then -- sponsored by Northerners. In 2003, Ojukwu was already a candidate but it was ignored. In fact, everyone, Hausa/Fulanis and the entire Southerners inclusive, overwhelmingly voted for Obasanjo ignoring Ekweme.

Lmao. Asiwaju Ajoji means "the first stranger" in Yoruba. It's sort of a subtle message to remind him that no matter what he is still a stranger in the end. But he is the first stranger and they will recognize him based on that.

Childish I must confess. Same people that wants to be nationalistic, same people fighting other tribes in their Lagos. Funny enough most of the people making noise about Lagos are not from Lagos. The next civil war will start from Southwest, we in the middlebelt won't intervene.

How can an Igbo man be a baale in Yoruba land? Who gave him the title in the first place? Who the baale help? 🥱🥱

All this gra-gra won't stop people who want genuine change in Lagos from voting for GRV.

It will be interesting to see the person who will stop that guy from assuming the office of the governor if he wins the governor of Lagos. I don't think he will win though 😌😌😌

Even when Anambra people abandoned Tofa and Sylvester Ugo to vote for MKO Abiola in 1993 it was all fun to them.

I remember how these same people use to mock Igbos that Igbos are not united, that if Igbos are united and present one candidate that Igbos will win the Presidential election.

Now it is no longer about Igbos not being united, it has shifted to Igbos are tribalistic just for voting massively for Peter Obi in 2023.
