Soludo only mentioned that if Anambra people pay 5% of revenue, the state IGR will increase to about N5b monthly but they won't pay ....Traders don't pay shishi so good luck with that. They need more organized agberos to force payments. Some make N100m daily...small looking construction material shops can make close to N10m daily...profit 10-15%.
