Imo state government, worse, the present government, borrows to maintain infrastructures in only the state capital, but leaves the rest of Imo state behind with rotten infrastructures. how are they less indebted? Do your calculations with percentage to know the actual state that is less indebted. Delta that has the highest debt but can pay up faster than Anambra with what they are generating per annum. Mystic216: |
