Everyone keeps thinking of the injustice melted out on husband. But Question, what about the kids?
No one asks, how about the kids?
How broken would they be?
What did they do to deserve that?


Please what of many who have grown to take care, to carry responsibilities families, siblings, cousins, nephews ,fathers and mother's that aren't theirs. Many would even be killed because of their link to this families.

Just thinking, I think if you are going to have sympathy please share it accordingly and guess what? many of these so called bastards would end up becoming the best kids most family would ever had, would end up becoming breadwinners, would end up becoming the support beams of many family, would end up been the light of many family, would end up becoming the provider for many.

Nobody should quote me I just want you all think, sometimes our blessings do not come in wrapping sheets, sometimes they come in bread nylon and most don't even have one. Pray, love truly, Learn to Forgive and Forget and Pray more. God does not make mistakes with the events that come your way. never!

But must that law be followed? If the father really wants to do DNA test, all he has to do is order the kit discreetly, take the samples and return in the courier package it comes in. The tests results will be sent by email.

No medical doctor anywhere in this world will recommend DNA because a father's blood group did not match with that of his child. Many fathers do not have the same blood group with their kids. Blood groups are not always the same.

Again, why wait until your five children fall sick before confirming their blood group/genotype? Dem no do newborn screening at birth?

This is a very misleading thread to be honest. DNA is the ONLY way to ascertain paternity, not blood group, not genotype!!

I expect Seun and whoever is responsible for pushing this story to the frontage to remove it. Don't go and ruin people's homes. Nigerians are too ignorant to put this sort of thread on the front-page.

Illiterates may begin to punish their wives because of blood group and genotype mismatch.
So if eg, you as a father that knows you are AA, you know your wife is AA simply because you did genotype test before marriage. You then go to the hospital to treat your child, only to find out the kid is AA or SS, you will simply take it as normal thing? Your will not raise an issue of paternity and require a DNA test?

...as a responsible parent, you will wait until your five children fall sick one after the other before you remember to do a blood group/genotype test?

And by the way, nobody needs to know your genotype before donating blood. So do another permutation, this time with blood grouping.

But many women married their husband not because of love but because he was the one available and ready for marriage.
So some wives do not want their children to resemble their managed husband.
