Hmmm ... when the artificial fittings are off it would be hell for them to recognize a whole lot of people. Uniform for University students ... after all they are going to learn .... not innovate.

I think its high time NUC state some guidelines on owing a university has a private entity, all this draconian laws should stop at secondary schools, a university is for adult, a preparatory ground for what to expect in the real world, shielding students from real life experience is not the way to go.. Some of this laws a archaic to say the least.
