Using a blender to hot cook beans is not advisable.

There are to different type of ijabe(matchbroom).

There is the normal broom ,which is only cut short and use for cooking and the one I posted
The two are only use for cooking .

Immersion blender is used to make hot food straight on the cooker.
And yes, if you have soup blender, you can use that. Some blenders are made specifically for hot food. They are soup makers.

Even some stand mixer with induction can do that. Stop giving excuses.
There are industrial soup makers. Restaurants should buy and use them.
No reason whatsoever in this 21st century will make us continue to use broom to cook. Short brooms like that are used to wash big non movable woks.

Even any common blender does the work. What I do is to allow the cooked de-coated beans cool for some minutes before blending it. For the ewedu, just blend it straight after picking the leaves. It doesn't need pre-cooking
