How did you come up with this arbitrary number? Assuming Sudan has 50k immigrants they need to evacuate 5k citizens. What country should be responsible for bringing in these refugees? How many do you want to welcome into your state? A shared humanity doesn't negate the social or financial cost of relocating immigrants from war torn countries in.

I mean. If USA wants to evacuate 5k of their indegenes, they must take 500 Sundanese with them. Same goes for every country doing same. Don't forget that those Sudanese, if they want would have killed off the immigrants.

Lol if they kill off the migrants why shouldn't the United States bomb them into the stone age and or recolonize them. There's a reason countries or rebels don't engage in senseless state sanctioned violence.

OP the citizens of the warring country are the ones fighting themselves. If they are not okay with the war, they can as well end it.

Going by your logic, they'll have to evacuate the entire Sudan.

They should provide alternative for those that want to leave to leave. Nobody must be forced to fight in any war.

Fighting should be voluntary. Civilians should be given the alternative and support to leave or stay.

That's where most of you are wrong. The people fighting the war are often on drugs and weed. As for their commanders they do so for economic benefits, power or recognition.

No sensible civilian wants to fight in any war. Most reasons they are forced against their wills.
