The court has to carefully scrutinize the prayers of the parties and avoid reaching a decision per incuriam . The Labour Party, the PDP and their candidates filed their respective petitions on the last day of the 21 days stipulated by law to avoid mistakes. They made use of their complete 21 days to avoid rush and to present well researched and compelling arguments.

The Tribunal is obliged to deliver judgment after it carefully exhausts its 180 days to avoid error. Don't pressure the court!

It's not that these men don't know what the law says to a large extent, it's just that they are wallowing in hatred and religious bigotry, they lost patronage and political popularism since the advent of APC(the jihadi party).
