Agim prepared the lead judgement:

All five grounds resolved in favour of the Respondent, Appeal hereby dismissed.

I know you said you are no longer interested in the case, but what does this judgment mean for Atiku and Obi’s case at the presidential tribunal? Considering that they also raised issues regarding to the BVAS in their petitions.

Congratulations to Gov Ademola Adeleke, the Adeleke Family and of course, Nigeria at large; the incumbent losing legal cases to an opposition is a really good thing for our democracy.
Y’all will notice that in this case, none of the losing party (APC) is accusing or rubbishing the judiciary but by the time the man who’s looking for his stolen manhood loses in the court, hell would be let loose on Nigeria and the Nigerian judicial system but no wahala, we are here gidigba to match their stupidity with a greater degree of ‘wotoporiosity’ grin

We will teach them that home training their parents and elders failed to give them because they too are lacking and you definitely can’t give what you don’t have.
I don’t need to be Falseprophet1 to know that this is what’s definitely going to happen. When the system favors them, it becomes the best thing since sliced bread but if it doesn’t go their way, the system becomes the most disreputable system there ever is grin

What do I need to comprehend when you said it's going Tinubus way because of a governorship election. With all the petitions laid against BAT he won't be sworn in. Believe it or not May 29th isn't far.
