What do I need to comprehend when you said it's going Tinubus way because of a governorship election. With all the petitions laid against BAT he won't be sworn in. Believe it or not May 29th isn't far.

The truth is that the judiciary is a compromised place . Giving Adeleke this win is just a distraction for what they plan to do . If people complain , they will say the same judiciary was not bias for Adeleke who is a PDP governor so why should they be bias in favour of Tinubu when they say he won .

That is the point of my previous post

Once Tinubu is now declared hope you people will not cry that the judges are criminals

Won't the BVAS be assessed too?

If Tinubu wins, after cross examination, his victory should be re-affirm. But if it is the other way, the judge won't have option ooo!

INEC regulations does not provide for transportation of accredited voters to the database except snapped pictures of results for form Ec8A to the IREV - Court holds
Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, exhibit BVR by Oyetola dismissed.
BVAS does not operate in isolation of voters register , therefore voters register is relevant to the conduct of election. - Supreme Court holds"---Supreme Court judges.

I read INEC regulations. I got relief.

The REGULATION OF INEC during the last presidential election was that vote results must be electronically transmitted from the BVAS to the INEC iReV portal in real time.

In other words; any other regulations adopted by Mahmood Yakubu to obtain Tinubu as president-elect is nullity in Law.

Adeleke should be allowed to do his 4 years term then let the people of Osun decide his fate for 2nd term as the case maybe

Oyetola should take heart and give his necessary support.

Your counsel came a few hours too late. Already, the Supreme court has so instructed. Do they have any other choice?

Obi and Atiku are clutching their teeth to iREV. This is a fatal blow to their appeal. They have to provide evidence from all BVAS used in the election, almost a million of them. Not a easy task.

The reasons the judges gave the judgement are clear.
You can't conduct elections without first establishing regulations for conduct of the election. If any party, election umpire, or candidate deviates from the established regulations; the election results become nullified.

In Nigeria , all the lower courts judgements are useless in political cases. Unless you are poor and do not have the resources to pursue it to the Supreme Court .

So to your question , I would not have been concerned . With election cases , the Supreme Court has the final say . And this has corrupted some of the judges . Tinubu will just give them 2 million dollars each and they might even jail Obi on top . Very corrupt institution .

Case in point Labour Party NWC wahala . Every faction has injunctions and counter restraints from lower courts.

anyone who even think Obi has a case is just naive obi had no pathway to presidency... Even a dead man knew... Only PDP or APC can produce president The rest are pretenders... And tinubu won a fair contest opposition should unite if they want to defeat APC come 2027

CONGRATS to you H.E Ademola Adeleke.

The opposition are hailing the Judiciary being the last hope of the common man because this judgement favors them!

However, if the judgement did not favor you in the current PEPT do not ever call the Judiciary names... doing so amount to HYPOCRISY.

We should all learn to accept everything... in life, we will WIN some and you will definitely LOSE some which makes life a WIN-WIN situation...

As for OYETOLA, you need not to fret! you gave your best to the people of Osun State, history will never forget you how you settled the debt of Osun State which your predecessor owed without borrowing, history will not forget you how you judiciously managed the meagre resources of Osun State...

Never fret, Mr. Oyetola, that you lost this election, remember, in the Bible, the Israelites, despite what God did for them, they rejected HIM (GOD) & chose man to rule them as king instead...

Mr. Oyetola, you will still come back!

The reasons the judges gave the judgement are clear.
You can't conduct elections without first establishing regulations for conduct of the election. If any party, election umpire, or candidate deviates from the established regulations; the election results become suspect and subject to scrutiny, and possibly nullified.
