In June 2020, they laid foundation block for a 200 bed National Infectious Disease Hospital to cost $1.2 million in Orlu, Imo state.
Who ate the money budgeted? No Hospital was built. Present at the foundation laying ceremony were: minister of state for Petroleum; Sylva; Chairman of NNPC, Kyari and gov Hope Uzodinma.

They will need the Rivers people they have conscripted into Biafra without first securing their buy-in! They can sell the products they import to themselves!
