1. Early marriage:
Today early marriage is almost like a taboo. You can't cheat nature without spillover effects. Women are most fertile with highest libido in their teens, late teens and early 20s. And in the scriptures, virgins were ladies in their teens and early 20s. No scripture expected late 20s or 30s to be virgin. Cos they should be married. So if they are not married, they will no doubt join the pool of hookup culture...there's no way u can repress the sexual energy.
In those days women were married off, at early age. Today u see a lady of 30 roaming around the street looking for what is not lost. You can't complain of hookup culture and not advocate for early marriage, cos what will the unmarried gals be doing? Hugging their pillows? Abi using Dildos?

2. Prevent young Ladies from using smart phone: This is not even possible. If you even try it, you will hear human right abuse. So trying to cut hook up culture may not be feasible once these hungry fatherless young girls have access to dating site. Sope o ti lor

3. Economic empowerment and creation of Job for daily living:
If all the above can be upheld, creating jobs can make hungry but less greedy gals make a better choice of working rather than selling their body. And easy employment for men will also make them quite easy to marry those young gals off the street before they get addicted to hook up.
I believe if we are serious about reducing hook up culture, the above measures must be worked upon. Thanks. But then we know it's impossible. So hook up culture has come to stay unfortunately.
