We don't have any "Igbo speaking community" or whatever in Lagos state or any other parts of Yoruba land,let's get this clear ! If you idiots need any political representation, you should go to your region in the south east to get one ! Igbo people in Lagos are not in anyway different from Hausa/ Fulani or Ijaw people who also live and make their livings in Lagos state. So,why do these Igbo people or whatever they call themselves think they are entitled to any political appointment in Lagos ? Why do they want to be represented in the running of the affairs of Lagos ? Is Lagos Enugu,Anambra,Imo or any of those states in the East ? These village dwellers from alaigbo won't stop doing pass themselves until they collect wotowoto again !

Anyway,you idiots can continue,we will definitely tell you in the language you understand better that LAGOS IS YORUBA LAND !

Honestly, this demand is very insulting especially the wording. Imagine saying for ethnic balancing, Igbos should be given appointments in Lagos. Since when did Lagos become a South Eastern state to make such frivolous demand?

They’re not demanding- they’re begging.
They have not earned the right to make any demands as a group. However, party members of Igbo extraction that contributed to the victory of the party in the guber will definitely be rewarded.
I think that’s how politics should work.

The fact that lagos gained much of its development as former capital doesn't mean its governance should be a free show for all. The origins still have the exclusive right just like every other state to protect their legitimate interest within the ambit of the law as it best suits their state as long as other peoples legitimate interests remain unaffected.
