South African Woman Hails Her Nigerian Husband For Standing In For Her When She Was Injured

A South African based in SA with her family, recently took to her Facebook page, to shower accolades on her Nigerian, for taking care of the home and their kids when she was injured in a domestic accident at home.

According to her, having a man who doesn't mind doing the house chores and other things when the wife is unable to, is very rare, especially among African men. And she's so lucky to have such a unique man as a husband.

It's been 6 weeks since I fell and broke my foot in 5 places. I'm here thinking to myself that if there is one thing I did beautifully in my life is, I definitely married well. For six weeks I am still not able to clean the house and walk properly but my husband and daughter have been doing an amazing job. Yesterday I was feeling a little bit better I told myself I was going to to spring clean the house.

My husband and daughter woke up at 3:30 and did everything I was planning to do. Curtains changed, blankets and walls washed etc.

When he asked for my hand I asked God to please not give me a man who will tell me "this is notva man's job I can't do it" I will always always thank my mother in law for raising such a human being. He was specifically made for me. I am indeed the bone of his bone.

The issue is when the woman now abrogates these duties to me in perpetuity. That's what men have issues with. Now that she has praised me on SM and she is fully healed, then she still expects me to go ahead and do these duties all in the name of 'good husband'.

Women shit-test you like that all the time. I remembered one chick who was very tired and not feeling well. I felt she overworked and I helped her out in the kitchen for two days. Naso she got better and wanted me to continue kitchen duties and kept calling me 'darling' in a bid to mumulise me. Naso I change am for the girl and she quickly resumed kitchen duties.

I'm not averse to helping out but make sure you NEVER take it for granted.

....but most women put their happiness in relationship stuff, it is frightening!!!. Most women I have observed, polished or local tend to be extremely happy when in an healthy relationship but men has many things that keeps them genuinely happy, that is why after an average woman begins her manifesto like " I want a dark, tall and handsome guy," the next thing is " I need a guy that will make me happy", seems they can't be genuinely happy without an external male force.
