Let me explain it to you: The signing of this into law now leaves it in the hand of investors to begin generating/Distributing/Transmitting power without waiting for FG to! The non-availability of supply at your area may either be due to transformer failure or your electricity company was cut off for failing to pay the required bill to the power generation company. If you inquire about this you will now i am right.
