Being deluded and completely immersed in the very same body,a person grieves helplessly. When one sees the other, the adored Lord, and His glory as one's own,one becomes free from grief.

The main reason people fail is they become attached to others who hold them back.Letting go of others and going forward may seem like a lonely and impossible task, but I assure you it is not.

Chaos theory simply suggests that what appears to most people as chaos is not really chaotic, but a series of different types of orders with which the human mind has not yet become familiar.

Practice this Total Relaxation exercise whenever you feel tension entering into you from
outside. This exercise can be practiced while you work, talk with others, drive a car, or engage in
any activity. This exercise is particularly effective when you need to stop tension, frustration, or
panic immediately.
Focus your attention upon the center of your stomach, in the area of your navel. Feel that this
is an area of tremendous strength. Visualize a clear sphere, a dome of energy surrounding your
entire body, which is supported by your own willpower. Positive thoughts, feelings, ideas, and
vibrations can pass through this sphere and reach you. But as long as you visualize this sphere of
clear energy surrounding you, negative thoughts, hostilities, anger, and aggressive feelings of
other persons and situations cannot enter you.
While you imagine this sphere of clear energy surrounding you, feel that you are consciously
directing energy from the center of your body, in the area of your navel, throughout the sphere.
Feel that the energy of your willpower can easily deflect tensioncausing feelings and frustrations
that are directed inside you from the outside world. You will find that with repeated practice it
becomes easier and easier to visualize this sphere of energy, and that you will be able to stop the
negative energy of others from entering you.

Energy is gained by giving energy. When we give energy,we gain energy. This is different than having someone manipulate you and take your energy.

This technique is an extremely effective method of relaxing the entire body. Many people
find that practicing it for fifteen to twenty minutes will give them the benefits of rest and
relaxation that they would have gained from three to four hours of sleep. If you suffer from
insomnia or other sleep disorders, then practicing this technique can help you make up for a great
deal of lost sleep. It is also especially helpful when you are in demanding situations in which you
donít have the opportunity to get enough sleep.
Lie down on your back and assume a comfortable position. Keep your palms upward and
your head in a straight, but natural position. Now, fold your hands into fists and tense every
muscle in your body, just for a moment. Then, quickly relax. Relax all of the muscles in your
body. Again, tense every muscle, making fists with your hands, curling your toes, and slightly
arching the spine. Then, abruptly relax all the muscles. Take a deep breath, then slowly exhale.
Inhale again, and visualize peace entering in through the top of your head. Exhale slowly,
visualizing all pain, tiredness, tension, and fatigue leaving through the soles of your feet. Again
inhale, visualizing peace entering in through the crown of your head. Again slowly exhale,
visualizing fatigue, anxiety, worry, and tension leaving through the soles of your feet. Now relax
and breathe normally.
Beginning at the top of your head, relax every muscle in your body, and every part of your
body. Begin by relaxing the scalp, then the head. Relax your forehead, your cheeks, nose, mouth,
facial muscles. Allow the jaw to sag, but keep the lips closed. Relax the back of your head, relax
the neck and shoulders. Then relax your chest. Feel all of your ribs relaxing. Relax your spine.
Feel your spine gently touching the floor, and relax it vertebra by vertebra. Relax your stomach
and lower back. Now relax your pelvis. Relax your abdomen, hips, and base of the spine. Relax
your thighs, knees, calves, ankles. Relax your feet, toes, and the soles of your feet. Check over
your entire body from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, looking for any signs of
tension. When you find tense muscles, consciously relax them.
After you feel that youíve relaxed all the muscles of your body, then turn your attention
inward, to your internal organs. Your internal organs work very hard for you, both day and night,
while you are awake and while you are asleep. They, too, need to relax in order to work more
efficiently. Relax your lungs; allow your breathing to become easy. Relax the heart; focus your
attention on your heartbeat to find that you can consciously slow down the beating of the heart,
thus relaxing it. Relax your stomach muscles. Consciously relax the whole area of the stomach
within the physical body. Relax the bladder and intestines.
Now relax your mind. Your mind should remain calm and alert, but totally relaxed. When
thoughts pass in and out of your mind, simply ignore them. Imagine that you are a tiny bubble
floating in an infinite ocean of peace and light. Now imagine that the little bubble of yourself, of
your consciousness, is breaking and gently dissolving into the ocean of peace and light that
stretches endlessly in every direction, never beginning and never ending. Feel that the little
bubble of your consciousness now has totally dissolved and merged into the ocean of light and
peace, and you have become the infinite ocean of light and peace, stretching endlessly in every
direction.
Now, having completely relaxed the mind and body, simply let go and enjoy the peace of
total relaxation.

Many people tend to overexercise when they first start. The first few days they have a lot of
enthusiasm and exercise longer and harder than is necessary or safe. After their initial enthusiasm
wanes, they give up exercising because they feel it is hard work. But if you exercise moderately
to begin with, then you will enjoy it and continue on a regular basis.

Visualize a beautiful rose in the center of your chest. It is not necessary, when doing this
exercise, to see a clear picture of the rose. Simply do the best you can to imagine a soft, reddish
rose in the center of your chest. If other thoughts and images pass through your mind while
youíre performing this exercise, simply ignore them.
Imagine that the rose is completely folded up; none of the petals has unfolded. Now, as you
focus your attention upon the reddish rose in the center of your chest, imagine that the first set of
petals, the outer row of petals, are gradually unfolding. As they do so, imagine them growing and
expanding and filling the entire area of your chest. Simultaneously feel that a wave of peace and
joy is spreading throughout your entire chest area. Then imagine that a second set of rose petals is
unfolding. Slowly and gently they unfold and expand, this time filling the entire area of your
body. And again, feel another wave of peace and joy, even deeper than the first, starting in the
center of the chest, in the center of the rose, and expanding outwards, filling your entire body
with peace and joy. Now visualize a third set of petals, again starting in the center of the rose, and
imagine them expanding outwards, filling up the entire room, spreading peace and joy
everywhere throughout the room or area in which you are located. Then visualize a fourth set of
petals opening up, this time expanding and filling the entire earth. Feel that peace and joy are
spreading from the center of your chest, from the center of the rose, throughout all of the earth,
and filling all of the people, all of the beings and all of the objects on this earth with peace and
joy. Now visualize another set of petals opening up, this time filling the entire solar system. And
simultaneously feel that you are spreading your own inner peace, of which you have an infinite
supply, throughout the entire solar system. Then visualize that a seventh row of petals is opening
up, this time filling up the entire universe, spreading peace and joy throughout the universe and
into the infinite.
As you practice this exercise, continue to imagine additional petals of the rose unfolding. As
each set of petals unfolds, and spreads out into the infinite, feel that they are reaching further and
further out and spreading a deeper peace and joy throughout your whole being, throughout all of
existence. There is no end to the petals of the inner rose. Continue to unfold set after set of petals
for as long as you wish to practice this exercise. As you do so, you will find yourself constantly
entering deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation.

Einstein expressed his theory of relativity as an equation. He said:'E=mc^2'.
In Tibet we say it slightly differently. We say:"Om Mani Padme Hum".
It means that enlightenment exists within all things. That is the Tibetan theory of relativity.

Mind has nothing to do with any of this. Mind is the world of Alice in Wonderland. Alice is sitting up on the bank and she’s learning her lessons and she’s bored, and this little rabbit goes whipping by and down the hole and Alice says to herself, “Hmmm, wonder where the rabbit’s going?" So she slips down the hole and she ends up in Wonderland. Now in Wonderland, if you’ve read the book or seen the film, you know that nothing is the way it appears to be or it certainly wasn’t like it was before you fell down the hole following the rabbit. Caterpillars talk, Mad Hatters have tea parties, all kinds of things go on that don’t make a whole lot of sense to the rational mind that likes to work in the field of qualities.

A certain amount of the basic teachings of Buddhist Yoga can be learned from a book. But in order to really practice higher Yoga, you need the energy, vibrational purity, example, humour, patience, and wisdom of a living master.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 8:05am On Jun 13, 2023
Naturally in the beginning, if you’re undisciplined, which everyone is mentally when they start meditation, you’ll think a million thoughts, a lot of images will come through your mind. But if you focus on the object and you keep focusing, gradually the thoughts will become quieter and quieter, gradually the images will disappear from the mind. What’s happening is, through the power of focus, as you look at something and concentrate on it, the kundalini energy which is situated in the base of the spine, in the astral, begins its long journey up through what we call the shushumna, which is an astral nerve tube that goes from the bottom of the spine up to between the eyebrows and a little bit above, which is the agni chakra. And as that energy begins to radiate and rise, it causes the mind to become quiet, and the further that energy goes up, the higher we go into different planes of consciousness.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 8:08am On Jun 13, 2023
To go into samadhi you must pull the kundalini energy up from your root chakra, the first chakra at the base of your spine, all the way up to your third eye! Then you must move all the kundalini energy you have amassed at your sixth chakra, the third eye, up and into your seventh chakra—which we in Buddhist Yoga refer to as the crown chakra. This is the difficult part, because the crown chakra is not directly connected to the third eye by the sushumna. It takes a great deal of willpower, and total vibratory purity, to move the kundalini energy all of the way up to the crown chakra from your third eye.
When the kundalini energy enters your crown chakra, you experience samadhi.

Samadhi is the direct experience of nirvana.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 8:10am On Jun 13, 2023
The planes of consciousness are correlated to what we call the chakras, which are located along the shushumna. There are six of them. Then there’s one other chakra of the primary chakras, which is not directly connected to the other six, that is located approximately at the very top of the head or an inch or two above it in the astral body, and that’s the seventh [chakra].

Enlightenment simply means walking beyond this and all worlds into nirvana, which is beyond knowledge and ignorance.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 8:41am On Jun 13, 2023
An enlightened Buddhist master will always have a totally outrageous sense of humor, because life, when viewed through the eyes of enlightenment, is incredibly funny!
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 8:44am On Jun 13, 2023
Almost anyone can see the golden light in an enlightened master’s aura when the master meditates, unless, of course, the person is very blocked up psychically.Sometimes you can see other colors in addition to gold in an enlightened master’s aura, and at very special moments, you can simultaneously see many colors in a masters aura. This is the master’s “rainbow hue.”

PHAT is a very powerful mantra. It is normally used to remove impure spirits and forces from a physical area that is connected to interdimensional openings.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 9:10am On Jun 13, 2023
Enlightenment, which is the pure experience of the soul’s light, is not simply an intellectual understanding one gains about living; it is a direct and powerful entrance into, and experience of, the most ancient, knowledgeable and eternal part of ourselves.
We are luminous beings!Beneath our transient physical bodies, we are made of intelligent light. One’s own body of light—which I refer to as the soul—is the most real part of oneself because it lives forever. It doesn’t die and decay along with the physical body after death. At the end of each of our lifetimes, it transmigrates—through the process of reincarnation—into a new body that is just in the process of being born. Then the soul begins the cycle of living all over again in a new incarnation.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 9:13am On Jun 13, 2023
Enlightenment is the complete awareness of life, without any mental modifications. It is the experience of everything—every dimensional plane, world and reality. It occurs when your mind merges with nirvana, with what we Tibetans call the dharma-käya—the clear light of reality—which is the highest plane of transcendental wisdom and perfect understanding.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 9:23am On Jun 13, 2023
When your mind is clear and your third eye is open, you can see and know things that are taking place thousands of miles away from you. You can know what other people are thinking about you, or what is coming at you—and decide whether or not you want to experience it.
Re: Meditation by Meditation01(m): 9:32am On Jun 13, 2023
Once you have become enlightened, you don't have to live in a monastery, because the whole universe has become your monastery. You can lead a normal life doing whatever you choose.
