Does making correct on witness statement amount to non fair hearing? I hear something today. Say you heard from LP counsel that even Olanipekun had made correction before now. Making correction does not amount to denial from fair hearing my brother.
Well, I know you're banking on technicality but the tribunal had said it from the onset that the decision of the court won't be by technicality but by merit, so, put off your eyes from technicality.
