Technically he doesn't have the power, but in reality he does. Not only is it he that appoints them, they have no enforcement power, he can just ignore them. See, Nigeria's president is waayy too powerful. We copied America without having any of the things that keep the American president in check!

I don't care who is what. The economy of Nigeria being brought out of the cesspool and dungeons of inflation should be one of the top most priorities of the government of the day, however and whichever way they can. More also the price hike of PMS due to subsidy removal should be checked with a high rate of the proposed CNG . ASAP. Nigerians are passing through a harrowing experience barely 4 months after the cashless policy/ naira redesign reversals. E no easy oooo

Imagine Atiku and Obi spoke in support of it, then against it, then spoke again in support of it because they realised that they were going to benefit from the backlash during the election!

Nothing was decided by the court. Court only granted the prayer that the date should be extended. If he decides to let it be indefinitely, nothing concerns the court

The problem is not the date now but that of availability.
The new notes are not being dispensed over the counter or atm's but you can see it with the money changers in social functions .

I know Tinubu will do better , considering his level of intelligence and exposure. It's good to be educated but at the same time knowing the root of your problems and finding solutions to them , will definitely go a long way .

They all knew where we got it wrong in this country, at least Tinubu is starting from somewhere, with time Nigeria shall be great again.

Why not cancel it outrightly, because as it is, the CBN under the tutelage of Emefiele didn't print enough notes from what we are seeing. The new naira notes are still scarce.
