Do you mean 6 capsules of coastscience in a day? If yes, this is highly overdosed my sister. Please note that it contains 600mg of Coq10 aside other supplements which is needed per day. Please a capsule is OK for a day, pray and God will show up. Shalom.!

Please check the prescription on the bottle, it specifies 6 capsules daily..... unless you are talking about another coast science supplement

It is not overdose my Sister. My doctor advised that is what I should take. I tool a further step and check on their website www.coastscience.com They also recommend 3 capsule twice daily for effective result. I am not combining it with anything. Please read the manufacturer page at least we cannot know more than them. Peace

Is the folic acid in pregnacare enough for multiple pregnancy? To my knowledge its 400micrograms in it, because I used to take the normal folic acid that is 5milligram(mg) but I stopped when I started taking pregnacare.

Good day mama and trust the twins are doing well. My doctors said the supplements in pregnacare does not contain the required quantities for pregnancy. I had to start taking the normal folic acid and other supplements with mine to get the right dosage. You can also consult your doctor for further advice. Also, you get more advise from the pregnacy session on nairaland as some experienced mamas are there to help.

Good Evening all, I have been married for 5 years now and I have never been pregnant, my husband suggested ivf. After seeing a doctor in a general hospital, he advise we do hormonal profile, scan, SFA, vaginal swab. The result are all out . please kindly interpret them for me.

Do we have any chance on the SFA. Is there any drugs that can boost the count. He has used addyzoa and proviron in the past but still same. Kindly help a sister in need. May grant our heart desires.

this is really a difficult one even for ivf, except if he doesnโ€™t mind donor sperm. Have the sfa always been like this? some medications can do the opposite atimes. So I suggest he retake the sfa when he is not taking anything and check. There is this fertility coach on Facebook ( coach kaffy) she can help him with his dieting and lifestyle, some men have been testifying how their azospermia improved after following her guideline.

@Moradeyo21 Proviron is mesterolone, an anabolic steroid. This will prevent the testis from producing any sperm. He needs to stop it immediately. Are his testis smaller now? How long did he use it for? He needs to see an endocrinologist specialising in male fertility hormones.
Get him to do a a full hormone panel ie Testosterone, LH, FHS, Prolactin etc.
In simple terms Proviron floods the blood with testosterone which makes the testis stop producing test and LH. The testis can only produce sperm with the testosterone produces around the testis. He'll probably be prescribed Clomid, HCG and FSH but it depends on his results. Don't use any steroid that gives or mimics testosterone. Does he feel hot down there? If so, cool it with a gel pack in a sock cos you don't want the skin to get ice burns or just cool water in a sachet.
