Thanks my sisters n my one n only brother pm05337. I can assure u all that our God is in total control, she actually needed this rest b/c it was difficult combining it with her work. Just like Apos Peter wrote, 'I know whom I believeth and I am persuaded that He is able to keep that which is commited unto Him against that day'. She is doing very well, i left there not quite long, i was there when one Nurse came to check their heartbeat. I thank God for everything but i feel so lonely, it is a sacrifice worth making though. I hope the boys are doing good, my regards to them. Trusting God to favor us this month with BFPs, we are praying seriously for this miracle to go round my sisters IJN Amen.

Hello Guys, I have been reading this thread for days now. And I have to say I have been inspired. I stumbled on another thread after being frustrated after doing IUI a few months ago. we had started a with OMNI and the experience wasn't anything to write home about. that one on one interaction was just 30%. We ended up seeing MOs, who would want to see us in groups of 2 and 3, and I objected (this should be a private matter), and on one occasion one of the MOs read an SFA result done in the previous year as the new one and gave antibiotics based on that result. It wasn't until I had a second thought to check that I realized the error, weeks after, talk about taking medicine for nothing. We complained and no proper apology was given. we did an IUI and an MO was going to do the implant, and we again objected. You can imagine my frustration when the results of the pregnancy test came back negative.
Fast forward to a Google search and I ended up here, and for months I had been scanning reading trying to make an informed decision. One name that always came up was Dr. Emeka. My thoughts was, for the name to come up that often then there must be something about the man. So Prayed about it, and I call him and he was courteous on the phone and engaging. He even sent an sms later asking if a received his email on information.
well we met him in person and I must say we were but blown away and the meeting educated us more than the past few years we had spent with other hospitals. The attention and care was fantastic. He finally asked how I got his details and I told him a thread on nairaland. like they say when you do good work it will speak for itself. The Journey continues. Funny thing we are okay from the test, I wonder at times why these things take long. Well God has a purpose and a plan and he has not called anyone barren.

God who did mine and other expecting mothers and fathers in this forum will visit ur household soonest with bfps. Omni is a serious waste of man hours. I also had 2 ivf procedure with them. Men it wasn't funny as Prof was never around to attend to his patients. Infact the day we did collection for my 2nd ivf, I was told he was receiving chieftancy title in Benin so he seconded the collection to one other Dr. ET was another story as it was also done by that Sowolu so I wasn't even sure if anythg was transferred as the woman kept fumbling with the instruments used in opening the cervix and the catheter. That was the last I went there. Though Prof is a nice man o, correct father figure where gynae is concerned but not for ivf and iui anymore even though they started it in Naija.

I jammed him once at the airport and we scheduled an appointment only for me to come on that day and he wasn't back. He never seemed to remember me though I always had to reintroduce myself every single time which hilarious. I can imagine having 2 IVFs there. I thank God for you. And I tap into all the good news I have been reading. After the misinterpretation of results and IUI, we just decided to look for alternative. kai I nor know say if I mention you Dr. Emeka for give discount like that. lol

Hi, I am so o happy to find this thread. Good to see your views about the treatments. i would like to share my experiences also. Ya still people have some thing negative impact on the ivf procedure, but feeling of mothering a baby is amazing that only a mother can feel and enjoy. I enjoyed that mother hood after a long struggles.
That is y i conceived by IVF procedure and left my embryos stored in one of the fertility centre in Chennai, India where i undergone the treatment. Asked to donate the same to the needy couple whoa re struggling to conceive.
Now i am soo happy with my baby and the family,..

Blendy am here to share my testimony, Hello everyone in the house. Have been a silent reader since 2011, I kept praying to God that my 1st post on this thread will be to testify to the goodness of God. My God did it for me yesterday, I got a Bfp from my 2nd cycle of IVF with Dr Emeka. After almost 4yrs of marriage, I got married in oct 2009, we wanted to start having kids immediately, but nothing happened,after 6months of trying i went see a gynea. He put me on clomid and I got pregnant around oct 2010 but I had a miscarriage around 7wks which was a day after our 1st anniversary. I started trying again immediately until I realized that a whole year had gone pass and nothing happened. I decided to see a fertility specialist, that was how I came across this thread around November 2011, with the help of Blendy other people on this thread I got Dr Emekas contact. I met him and I was impressed,I took my hubby to see him on the 2nd appointment he was also impressed.we did all necessary test, I had PCOS hubby had male factor (low fluid,motility etc) our only option was to do ICSI. We started our 1st cycle in December 2011/ January 2012 we got a BFN in Febuary. I planned to try again after 3month but the devil raised his ugly head. My husband cousin was staying with us at dat time, he was trying to gain admission into the university,I didnt know he was a spying on us in the house. This boy will ask me to borrow him my iPad,I will give it to him innocently I did not know he was going thorough my mails and was giving my hubby family especially my mother in law information everything we were doing. From doing ivf to the amount we paid etc. After the negative result I decided to take a vacation,while I was away I didn't know dat plans were going on to kick me out of the house on my return or never allow me come back. Mother in law called a meeting on my hubbys head, to ask him if he was born via IVF,or any of his siblings that already have kids had themthrough IVF " HOSPITAL BABY" ( in her own words). I returned hoping to start another cycle, but there was Fire On The Mountain, everything was blowing HOT. My marriage was crashing, My sis in law said I could not concieve naturally, even the highest technology Ivf could not get me pregnant. She told her hubby I was just wasting his time and hard earned money. I could not take it any longer, I had to move out of my house, to stay with my brother and my mum in Houston. I was out of the house about 5months, until God settled everything between myself and hubby. But I could not bring myself to try again, does words kept ringing in my head. I was procrastinating every month. I will do it this month,I will do it next month. I was to scared to try. Until June 2013, Blendy just called one morning,to check up on me. She said " My sister how far" I said I still dey o nothing has happened. She told me about Regenesis and his affordable price. I decided to check him out,but I was not impressed with his suggestion and advice. I went back to Dr Emeka and started another cycle immediately. I got my BFP yesterday, am still in shock ,I can't believe what God has done. To all my sisters still waiting on the lord, God will do it. He will perfect all that concerns us. Have not gone to see any doctor cos am even confused where to start. I discussed with my friend if i should go straight to a fertility hospital but she advised that i see a gyne first that fertility hospitals are expensive. Kindly advise me. cheers...
