I had no problem eating the legs and head as a child but as i gradually turn adult mom started serving the best parts for me. I still eat the neck and the tail.

Eating all these ones is a hobby for me and my fellow trenches geng
But the one that's shocking is those are patient enough to remove the excreta from the chicken intestines , tie it together, boil it and use to cook pepper soup with the kidney , liver and heart separate from the main Meal which contains the fleshy parts

That's why in standard Chef kitchens, they usually discard the head of all their meats including prawns and shrimps.

i have the natural tendency to remove the head of every protein i am using for cooking. fish, chicken and even shrimps.

I feel nauseated whenever I eat chicken neck, so it's a No for me. The leg is a waste of time, I love the head, especially the brain and the eyes, and I can eat the tail too.

Head and Tail it is.

Actually my best part of the chicken is the yansh , I even prefer it to the thigh , breast or gizzard , hope this answers your question
