If the NNPCL want to send a strong message to Nigerians or whoever is involve in stealing crude oil or any crude oil product, they should have arrested the captain or that vessel, investigate who the owner of the vessel is, since it is registered, arrest them and interrogate them, if they're found guilty, they should be prosecuted in court so they can go to jail.

This is how the NNPCL will start sending their strong message. Destroying that vessel doesn't mean a thing, the owners surely have the resources to buy another vessel and continue their illegal activities...
