It’s easy for some characters who wish to see southeast burn, to sit on Nairaland and gloat about what is going on in Southeast.

But what these guys have failed to acknowledge is the fact that Igbos are not in support of Simon Ekpa and his rogue activities.

The parent group, IPOB, has severally denied association with this character. But haters will always paint the picture as if Igbos are in support of these criminals.

The question now, why has the Nigerian government that haunted Nnamdi Kanu all over the world until they arrested him in Kenya, failed to lift a finger towards the arrest of Simon Ekpa?

Could Ekpa be working for some anti-Southeast agents?

Can any of those gloating about sit at homes in the East point to a single Igbo supporter of Simon Ekpa?

Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa have different ideologies under IPOB.

Nnamdi Kanu wants referendum and was after marauding Fulani Herdsmen which led to the creation of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), while Simon Ekpa sponsored attacks against Igbos in the south East who refused to obey his sit-at-home order. He is not interested in the referendum agenda or calling for MNK release like IPOB expected.

Simon has gone rogue.

MNK told Simon and co, to stop the sit at home order about 2 years ago, but he refused. That message was passed through Nnamdi’s wife who recently visited him in DSS custody months ago, and through his lawyers.

Buhari’s government hunted Nnamdi Kanu down twice. At first, he was arrested and imprisoned then granted bail. The second time, they caught him in Kenya and brought him back to Nigeria, but the same Govt could care less about Simon Ekpa.

Why is the Federal Government of Nigeria not looking for Simon Ekpa?

What does that tell you?

What has Simon Ekpa done that Nnamdi Kanu did not do?
Below are the violence inciting statements Nnamdi Kanu allegedly made;[b]
1. "...When we speak, the Zoo trembles, that is what happens when a cattle rearing terrorist and paedophile is your ruler."
2. "If you find anybody in your village asking after Radio Biafra kill the baboon Awusa Fulani or Yoruba bastard. Let them keep searching as we keep tweeting for #Biafra."
3. "Buhari is a shameless Paedophile and rapist."
4. "Buhari is a Terrorist he should be killed."
5. "Nigeria is a zoo and everybody living in that
Godforsaken zoo deserves to die."
6. "Kumuyi should be stoned and dealt with thoroughly if he comes to Aba for his planned crusade."
7. "The imbecilic Goodluck Jonathan is a disgrace to humanity and deserves to be skinned alive for handing over to an Hausa goat."
8. "By the time we finish dealing with the animals in the zoo, there'll be none left to tell the story."
9. "We are assembling weapons and we need some more money to thoroughly equip our military to enable us unleash mayhem on Nigeria."
10. "Niger Deltans are cowards; we know what to do to them. Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, Rivers, Edo and Cross Rivers State are our territory and anybody who tries to oppose us will be crushed."
11. "Buhari married his wife after raping her several times, the records are there."
12. "No Ibo man should attend any Church where the pastor is a Yoruba man, they are criminals and fools."
13. "Nigeria should prepare for war, we are coming to annihilate you, my secret service are already studying the zoo and strategising."
14. "Its either Biafra or death..."
15. Kill Sanwo olu and Tinubu 2020 during End SARS
16. Igos are pigs and idiots
17 Igos women are prostitute
18. Sit at home declaration

Nnamdi Kanu was not arrested, he was kidnapped. Your lawless federal government engaged in kidnapping with another lawless African state called Kenya

Unfortunately for you guys, Finland is not lawless

Simon Ekpa is a Finnish citizen, how will you go to Finland and arrest their own citizen?

Adding Ekpa to Kanu in detention might make SE to shut down for a year.

Arresting Simeon Ekpa can't even solve this issue. If Simeon is in far away Finland, who are the people enforcing his orders and who are the people obeying it?

Did Kanu not warn that if he ever was arrested or killed there will be no peace ?

Ekpa is simply obeying Kanu's orders.

Ekpa's autopilot is simply Kanu's dead man's kill switch.

You can not condemn Ekpa while exonerating Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu is also a British citizen whom couldn't have been arrested in UK. Buhari's government made so much noise about trying to arrest NK and even telling UK to repatriate him. The same FG lured Nnamdi Kanu to Kenya with monetary incentives and he was arrested.

Tinubu should release Nnamdi Kanu let peace reign

And has arresting Nnamdi Kanu brought any peace? It made things worse

Now you guys are crying over Simon Ekpa, take Simon Ekpa out and another Europe based individual will quickly step in and and start dishing out orders, and you guys will start crying again

Even if Simon Ekpa is nabbed today another strong IPOB leader from Germany or US will arise with his own different type of mentality of establishing Biafra republic.

The problem is not arresting them. The main problem is Biafrans living in the western world has sailed long ago and far from Nigeria. Oh yeah! They want to return home but they want to return as Biafrans and collect their Biafra international passport and not as Nigerians again.

The more major problem is Biafrans in Nigeria are seeing these characters as beacon of hope and nothing else. That's why people are volunteering to even be their foot soldiers.

And what makes you think a former international super eagles player of Biafran descent won't come out tomorrow and declare for Biafra. Remember, Simon Ekpa was a 100metre sprinter for Nigeria and once won Gold medal for the nation in common wealth games. But now, he has denounced his Nigeria citizenship.

Other athletes especially retired athletes are watching not only athletes but young and younger generations both home and abroad are observing and taking notes.

People are not willingly obeying Ekpa’s orders, they sit at home for their own safety due to the violence that is usually meted on those who go out.

Maybe you need to be taught how international politics work.

If Nigeria was serious about getting Simon Ekpa, the Finnish Ambassador would have been invited to facilitate his arrest. If s/he fails, then s/he can be expelled from Nigeria while Finland will be reported to UN for harbouring a character that is causing disruption in Nigeria.

Finland is not UK.

UK can get away with some things in international politics because it has veto powers at the UN, but not stupid Finland.

The enemies of Ndigbo are using Ekpa to destroy Igboland and you lots are cheering them on in your shortsightedness.

When you finish deceiving yourself and brainless Ipob/esn supporter like you, then come back to tell us what exactly you want from government. Using reverse psychology/hide-and-seek will not help alaigbo in anything related to insecurity in your zone. If Igbos are serious about ending insecurity today before night, they will acheive it. Insecurity in alaigbo is self-made, it requires self-combat solution. So, take government out of your ignorance. Even if USA or Isreal comes to fight insecurity in alaigbo, they may not find solution to your problem so far many still give maximum indirect psychological support to Kanu and Ekpa.

Keep cheering Ipob/esn with left hand in deceit, sympathizing with them and releasing information to them to kill harmless police and vigilantes, and then expect Government to come and perform magic to resolve your problem for you. If every Ipob/esn harassement failed to move Buhari, is it Tinubu who knows you as southern neighbour that your Ipob/esn harassement will affect? Continue in your deceit and ignorance, when you are tired and ready for holistic solution, come back with humility and soberness to beg us for solution. At moment, you guys are still playing game of deceit, arrogance and unseriousness. Continue with your sit-at-home, Ekpa should even make it one month so it will make Tinubu weep well well in Aso rock

You will go and tell Finland to arrest its own citizen? Are you for real? If Nigeria wants Simon Ekpa, it should follow the Nigerian extradition act and approach the Finnish government to have Simon Ekpa extradited to Nigeria

However, its important to note that no European country will ever deport its own citizen to a country with bad human rights record such as Nigeria
