Try get sense, the issues of this poverty in North is over population, giving birth to kids you can't take care of, Nigeria Government should reduce each birth of all Families in Nigeria to only two children, and see how poverty will stop in Nigeria.

Yes, having too many kids is a big problem and an awareness campaign should be carried out.

There case isn't hopeless. In the Arab Magreb states in North Africa, population growth rate ranges from 0.8% in Tunisia to 1.7% in Egypt.despite being overwhelmingly Muslim.

However, a vast majority tend to be educated unlike what is tenable up North where 22% of Sokoto are literate.
