The question this mumu failed to ask is are Ghanaians doing well with all these figures? All the Ghanaians I know are seriously complaining.

What facts and figures? Are you aware that Ghanaians do not buy fuel to run generators? Foolish citizens will jump at every thrash saying facts and figures. How much do Ghanaian politicians earn? Let us state all the facts and figures

This was actually the reason they devalued naira in order to give their internet warriors foolish figures to work with. Reno is working for what he was paid to do. How much was naira during Jonathan' regime? Why the sudden fall of naira under APC regime if not for nonsense analysis like this

Rest Reno.
The other day, Eniola Badmus uttered rubbish from god knows where.

Looming strike?
Incessant kidnappings?
Sit-at-home order?

How is this going to favour my family and I?

bros the guy is saying the truth..

I just came back from ivory coast few days ago... Ordinary coke to drink there na wahalah.. u must be extremely rich before u can ride on SUV car ...

One bottle of coke in ivory coast is 700# nigeria money equivalent to 650cfa

I know that Nigerians are suffering but is far better than many countries...

The differences between ivory coast and Nigeria is that.. there is what we call orderness..

Ordinary citizens can't go into supermarket and buy finished goods if u are not that rich...fact.mmif u have friends there , u can confirm dis..

Ivory coast has it.. their country is very neat and well organized...

Beautiful infrastructures.. good maintenance than nigeria... U will thought u are in Europe...

But nigeria has good economy than Ivory coast...
una don come again comparing prices to countries that have better standard of living and minimum wage...But will ignore the minimum wage and gdpangry In ivory coast it's 150$ n Nigeria it's 38$..if you take standard of living Nigeria are paying more.

Also ivory coast have 24/7 electricity, good roads and much better security than your country ... Idiooit angry

We may not doubt whether life in Nigeria is cheaper than in Ghana. But the issue is, why must we continue to get government that worsens the plight of Nigerians? Is it not better to have government that makes life even easier for Nigerians? Is it impossible to make life easier? Must life continue getting harder, just because there are other countries whose conditions are worse than ours?

As much as I like to agree with Reno, he is wrong. You can't compare the both nation. Check the gas and oil reserve of both countries. If you want to compare, compare Nigeria with Saudi, Venezuela, Libya. How much oil and gas reserves does Ghana have. No basis for comparison. Oil ought to be cheap, as low as #100 per litre.

Venezuela is even worse.

Normally, I don't open threads about this Reno again but, somehow I opened this one.

To those celebrating Reno, have you asked yourselves or did he ask how much the Naira exchanges for against the Cedi?

1GHC is ±=N=70 as at today. Does Reno know this?

The Americas and Britons that have everything, their citizens are here in Nigeria working.

Or you have not seen a British working in Kenya?

Come to the Middle East and see how the Westerners are hustling and scrambling in the sun for survival. They disguise under the umbrella of "expertriate." Prior to world cup, the Middle easterners too became wise, rather than pay them humongous salaries for absolutely nothing, they reduced their salaries significantly to be at almost par with other nationalities, if you like it, stay, if you don't, leave. Many stayed back, trust me, everywhere hard. Plus their government get high tax from them also for working outside the country 9nobody they collect tax from me) grin grin grin grin

Of course, Ghana is an oil producing country. Ghana today is in a bigger mess than Nigeria. Their politicians are very corrupt. They borrow money and loot it.

Reno is actually correct in all he said here.
Youre a liar Nigeria is worse than ghana
. They have 24/7 power suply..

Ghana minimum wage is $57 not $40

They're not an oil producing nation. Nigeria is.
Their school fees included both feeding and accomodation. Nigeria doesn't

But he didn't tell us that ghana has constant electricity, and Nigeria don't have, Nigeria have more than 52 minerals resources and ghana don't have, Edo State make more than 5 million naira daily from sale of sand, yet their don't have good roads..

However much you say, many Nigerians don't want to hear it.

Nigeria could and should be better, but many countries around the world are in a more desperate situation.

Argentina: inflation at over 100%, their currency has nearly collapsed. By the way, inflation in Nigeria is around 23%

Egypt: Their currency lost 50% of its value last year; basic foods have become a luxury.

Lebanon: The currency has completely collapsed. They have more or less abandoned it for dollars. Previously middle class people are picking foods from waste bins. A loaf of bread in Lebanon cost about 20 times the price 3 years ago. In that time, Nigerian loaf prices have increased less than 3 times.

Several other countries, including Ghana, Venezuela etc are in worse situation than Nigeria.

None of the above is a reason not to criticise Nigerian governments.

But we have a new government trying to correct some of the economic errors of the past 20 - 30 years. Let's give it a year or two to see their performance...but no, some Nigerians insist we must continue in the old way even if that means borrowing more and more to keep prices of goods down (subsidy).

Smh.
Does it make any sense to compare Venezuela who is under heavy sanctions with Nigeria or does it make any sense to compare Lebanon that is at war,and under sanctions to Nigeria that is Free, you said Egypt currency is down by 50% what is their exchange rate and do you know much about their infrastructures and employment rate and other welfare services
