Check most European nations, with the exception of USA and a few others, they're homogeneous or have one tribe being in over 70% majority. England for the English, France for the French, Ireland for Irish and so on. Asia is even tighter, but coming to Africa, what we have are ever boiling and broiling mess of a pot-pourri.

Before Africa can move forward with through democracy or any other means, two things need to happen.
