Some players thrive on take ons, and when they ain't successful at times, they tend to reduce quality of their game play, because they don't have other ideas. Yimu... Liverpool only turned up effectively in the first half. Poch started with a single pivot with one midfielder against three Liverpool players, but he corrected that error later. The moment they realized that Trent was useless defensively they cut Liverpool press with over top ball for Sterling, Salah and Jackson time and time again, only a good coach can read the game like Poch did...he corrected his error by not solving it but using his extra men on the flank to great effect...other smart coach would have explored the lack of numbers in the middle of the pack though, the flank over load makes Chelsea looks dangerous with every break..
