This is like Davido's father investing 3billion for him to start a business and a civil servant giving his own son 3miliion to start the same business and you are expecting the one with 3m to produce huge profit immediately like Davido that has 3billion, a lot of things might have to happen that might almost sound like miracle for such to happen....

What legacy projects or investments the 2 left in their states that the state is still making huge dividends from?

You won't be comparing Lagos and Anambra
You compare Osun, Tinubu hometown created about the same time as Anambra.
Lagos can only be compared with Abuja.
Most of things Obi started doing as a Governor has been done in Lagos before Tinubu came.
